Laboratory Technology
We have pleasure to introduce our new fully equipped foundry laboratory were established at NF for the purpose to ensure conformance of our product to quality standard and specification a also we can provide you with certificate test result for chemical, mechanical and met allographic examination of your product.

Spectro_Photometry
Using spectrometer, we can deterring the concentration of more then 15 elements covering steel, grey iron, ductile iron alumi- num, copper and bronze alloys, this labo- ratory will insurance conformance of our casting and metal accessories used for our pump by controlling the melting process according to the international as well as customer requirements.
Sand Laboratories
Quality sand mold gives quality casting. To insure freedom of casting from defects re- lated to mold and core. our five sand testing equipments were established to determine AFS number of the sand, sieve analysis, moisture content, permeability, toughness and green strength and hardness test.


Mechanical Testing
Electrical universal testing is designed to perform tensile, compression bending ans shear test on material and other material both in the form of test pieces and as finished product. The actuary of the test+- 1 % reading.

Hardness Testing
A state-of-the-art hand-held leeb’s hardness tester en- able the customer conveniently process and print high accuracy, wide measuring range test on site and con- nect with the computer afterward and analyze in office. lt is an ideal solution for metallic hardness measure- ment with high conversion to Brinell, Rockwell, Vicker and shore.

Metallugraphy Laboratory
Inverted metallurgical microscope which has built-in CCD camera and equipment with USB port for instant photography and image analysis (full computerized) is used for examination micro slructure of metals magnifi- cation up to 900. lt can determine the matrix shape and quality of graphite specially for ductile iron and detec- tion of micro crack and other metallurgical defecis.
Pump Performance Test
To insure actual and accurate performance of each pump produced and assymplied at NF our performance test includes the:
- Actual reading of pump capacity, power consumption and head.
- Computerized test equipment is reporting the result and curve under the supervision of the QC dept.
Also, we have full set of measuring tools to insure high dimension occurrence the castings.


NDT Inspection
Our laboratory is equipped with advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods to ensure the integrity and quality of our castings and machined components. We utilize techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) to detect internal and surface defects without compromising the material structure. These inspections help us maintain high reliability and compliance with industry standards, ensuring defect-free products for our customers.
