CORE SECTION
Our core shop has two automatic cold box shooter M/C We can produce 60 cores / hr / machine up to 40x40 cm.
MOLDING SECTION
Our molding machine has table size 580x550 cm has production range up to 80 kg.
MELTING SECTION
Our melting shop has 3 induction furnace 1 ton capacity each one to keep perfect material we have to take a sample from each melt to do the chemical analysis test and adjustment during procedure also tensile test has to be done on our universal tensile machine for accurate mechanical properties.
SHOT BLAST SECTION
Our hot blast machine lton capdcity gives our castings very good surface finish.
CNC MACHINE SECTION
Our machine shop has 6 sets of CNC machine to meet any requirement for machining.
HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM
Our heat treatment facility ensures superior mechanical properties and enhanced durability of our castings. We employ controlled heating and cooling processes, including annealing, normalizing, and tempering, to achieve the required hardness and strength. Our advanced furnaces provide precise temperature control, ensuring consistency and reliability in every batch.
